This staking contract has a known bug: calling stake() a second time from the same wallet overwrites your prior deposit without refund. Do not stake from a wallet that already has a prior stake — withdraw first, then stake again. Fix is in flight (OPEN ITEM #44, CLAUDE.md L131). Reward flow is not currently live on testnet.
